GALAXY EDUCATION OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES ONLINE APPLICATION ICANKid
Galaxy Education Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Vietnam's leading integrated media and entertainment group, Galaxy Media & Entertainment (Galaxy M&E), is proud to officially launch an application for early education - ICANKid - on June 1, 2021 on the occasion of International Children's Day.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since the beginning of 2020, parents’ biggest concern is that their children are at home without much resources to learn or play while they have to go to work. In addition, with the explosion of the digital age, every parent owns at least a mobile device such as computers, smartphones, tablets, etc., so finding a product for children to learn and play safely, conveniently, anywhere anytime is attracting great attention. Realizing the increasing wave of online educational behavior shift, adapting to the circumstances from the Covid pandemic, Galaxy Education has incubated ideas of developing a product for children to play whilst still learning, bringing peace of mind for parents when their children stay at home, can't either go to school or go outdoor to play in the coming summer.
ICANKid, a new brand of Galaxy Education, follows in the footsteps of the pioneer in high-quality content products from Galaxy M&E, the leading entertainment group in Vietnam that has made a reputation in the market with a series of quality cinematographic works such as "Tôi Thấy Hoa Vàng Trên Cỏ Xanh", "Mắt Biếc" and the upcoming most iconic Vietnamese movie of all time "Em và Trịnh". ICANKid, with its “Learning like Playing, All in One App” approach, is an app for preschool children, ages 2 to 6. ICANKid aims to be a learning platform that boosts children's overall development by learning the basics of both Vietnamese and English through thousands of interactive activities designed to keep children interested and at the same time, allows parents to capture the intellectual development of their children. ICANKid creates a balance of education and entertainment for children, a mix of learning from pronunciation exercises and watching entertaining children's series that are carefully selected and completely ad-free. With the goal of positioning education and entertainment to become "Learning like Playing", ICANKid hopes to bring happiness to parents and for children to grow up with a healthy body and mind.
